Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

This does not affect our obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation. However, we can only be held liable in this regard from the moment that we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites over which we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for their content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked at the time of linking for possible legal violations. Illegal content was not recognisable at the time of linking.

However, permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any violations of the law, we will immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, content from third parties is labelled as such. If, despite this, you notice a copyright infringement, please notify us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of any infringement, we will immediately remove the content concerned.

Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
